23 frozen candidate pick engines run in parallel on forward ledgers. Each book fires picks nightly; those picks are graded when the horizon elapses. Nothing here drives live selection. Promotion of any book beyond display-tier requires the existing gauntlet: n≥25 fires across ≥3 months, a time-preserving placebo (no ticker-cluster CIs without time control), and pre-registered outcome gates. The lab contributes forward evidence only.
